RDP uses Crystal Reports
as the basis for over 600 reports.
Customers can modify any of these reports or create new reports. Crystal
Reports is one of the most widely used report writing tools and allows the use
of graphics, colors, charts and fonts to make great looking internal reports and
guest correspondence. During a new installation RDP will modify some
reports and confirmations as time permits. After installation, is it the
responsibility of the customer to use Crystal Reports to modify or make new
reports and confirmations. RDP support will help with specific questions
related to the use of Crystal Reports 2011 at no additional charge.

Installing Crystal Reports 2011
Report Writer Module
RDP provides over 600 standard reports with the Report Writer module. These
reports can be used as is and also serve as a template for creating custom reports.
RDP is continuously adding new standard reports. All new standard reports
are provided to those customers with a current support contract at no additional

Reports appear on a primary screen within RDPWin. They
also appear in various RDPWin sections. A sample of the

Report Viewer Area
||Navigation area allows switching from the Reports listing to
sending e-mails to guests or other masters. The Security option
allows only certain users to have access on a report-by-report

Customers not familiar with this software can learn to make complex report

Crystal Reports Requirements
| Windows 2008 or 2012 Server
||RDP Crystal reports requires that the data server runs
Windows 2012 as the operating system.
|RDPWin on Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8
|| RDPWin and
the Crystal Reports setup program must be installed on each
workstation that will view or print reports. Workstations must run Vista, Windows 7
or Windows 8.
||A laser printer is required for all Crystal Reports
output. One laser printer can be shared between multiple workstations.

reports, purchase Crystal Reports 2011.
|Pervasive Version 11 or Higher
||Crystal Reports are based on the
Pervasive.SQL database, which is installed on the data server
and each workstation. The Pervasive version must be 11 or higher.
