Free LeisureLink 2-Way GDS Interface (Free)

2-19-2016 RDP has established a preferred partner relationship with LeisureLink to provide a free two-way interface to the Global Distribution System (GDS) and On-line Travel Agents (OTA's).  Other GDS interfaces from RDP cost $100/month for installation, support, and updates.   The RDP-LeisureLink interface can work with both "Room Type" distribution partners such as Expedia and "Unit Number" distribution partners such as Home Away, VRBO, etc.  The interface works as follows:

  1. Rates and Availability are automatically sent from RDP to LeisureLink, who passes this on to all their Distribution Partners (both GDS and OTA's)
  2. Reservations made with any GDS or OTA Distribution Partner are automatically sent to LeisureLink and then on to RDP.  The reservation ends up in the RDP system without any manual entry by the RDP customer.
  3. If a reservation is changed or canceled by the guest on any GDS or OTA channel, the change or cancelation flows to LeisureLink and the RDP system.  Again, no manual entry required by the RDP customer
  4. If you sell out of a given room type or room number the RDP interface immediately notifies LeisureLink, who then passes this information on to all Distribution Partners.
